Introduction

These terms and conditions govern access to and use of the website scalia.es and the services provided by Scalia. By using this site, you accept these terms in their entirety.

Scope of services

Scalia provides professional digital marketing services for dental clinics: design and management of advertising campaigns, lead qualification systems, acquisition funnels and strategic consulting focused on generating first visits.

Free assessment

The initial assessment is free and with no commitment. After the 30-minute consultation, we deliver a personalized written analysis with estimated patient volume, expected cost per patient and recommendations. Accepting our proposal is optional.

Contracted services

The contractual relationship shall be formalized only when both parties sign a specific contract detailing: contracted services, duration, management fee, ad budget, committed KPIs and guarantee conditions.

Results guarantee

Scalia offers a results guarantee on the following terms:

• If at least 8 qualified new patients (people who fill in a form, answer the phone and show interest in a specific treatment) are not obtained in the first 30 days of activity, the management fee for the following month is waived.
• The guarantee does not cover ad spend on external platforms (Meta, Google), which is considered an operating cost separate from our fee.
• The guarantee requires the clinic to provide the necessary access, assets and information within the agreed timeframes.

Client obligations

• Provide access to the necessary ad accounts and tools within the agreed timeframes
• Have adequate capacity to handle the contracted patient volume
• Handle and confirm the appointments generated within a reasonable time (maximum 24 business hours)
• Comply with the healthcare regulations applicable to the clinic

Intellectual property

The content of the website (text, images, videos, brand, code) is the property of Scalia or of its respective authors, and is protected by current legislation. Total or partial reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

Scalia provides its services with customary professional diligence. We are not liable for:

• Changes in the policies of third-party advertising platforms (Meta, Google) that affect performance
• Errors in information provided by the client
• Indirect losses or loss of profits arising from use of the service

Termination of the contract

We work with no lock-in contract. The client may terminate the contract with 30 calendar days' notice given by email. The fee for the final month in progress will be prorated to the service provided.

Amendments

Scalia reserves the right to amend these terms. Amendments will be published on this site and will apply 30 days after publication.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
